**Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. Due to the customizations of ALL of our workshops, there are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48-hours-notice your FULL reservation fee will be turned into a store credit that can ONLY be used for future workshops. Same day cancellations or no-shows will NOT get a credit for a future workshop! Please email us email@example.com to cancel.
This is a WOOD workshop so your project will have random cracks, chips, knots, and other natural blemishes that give it it's characteristics. Some peeling may occur. Some nails/staples may be present/visible. We will do our best to minimize disturbances to the words and make everything look intentional. Please keep in mind, no piece is absolutely perfect, as it is hand crafted but it will certainly be wall worthy! Changes to our standard designs or special requests for a new design are considered custom and must be pre-approved within the time frame set in workshop description. If approved, a customization fee of $25 MAY apply. Bows/Add-ons, if pictured, are additional and not included in the project but can be purchased on site for an additional charge. Hammer & Stain reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. I confirm all design choices and or personalized information entered above is correct and understand that NO CHANGES can be made once this reservation is placed.
Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized stencil. If you would like to cancel your reservation, you must give a minimum of 24 hour notice. Please note a restocking fee of 30% of the total amount of the workshop will be deducted from your refund. Same day cancellations or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to return to the account you used to purchase your items.
